Smooth over feet morning and night massaging in to toes and heels, paying particular attention to problem areas like cracked heels and hard calluses. Allow balm to soak in before dressing. For a more intensive pampering treatment, apply liberally before going to bed, then wear cotton socks overnight and awake to intensely moisturised, conditioned soft feet. Continue regularly for a minimum of 6 weeks to improve skin hydration
As with all skincare products, we would recommend you conduct a patch test for 24 hours to check suitability for your skin. Feet may become slippery after application before product is absorbed, we recommend you put on socks if walking around or ideally apply at nighttime just before going to sleep. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Do not ingest. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep at room temperature.
