Apply day cream every morning to thoroughly cleansed and toned face and neck, massaging in genly from the centre of your face outwards to release the active ingredients and help absorption. Repeat with the night cream every evening.
As with all skincare products if using for the first time we would recommend a patch test to check suitability for your own skin. Avoid contact with the eyes.
